Elevated Parish Missions (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to respecting the privacy and dignity of all who support, attend, or participate in our ministry. We recognize that personal information is entrusted to us within the context of faith, mission, and relationship; and, we steward that information with care.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Make a donation
  • Register for or attend an event, retreat, or parish mission
  • Participate in ministry-related activities
  • Communicate with us directly

This information may include your name, contact details (such as email address, mailing address, and phone number), and information relevant to event participation.

Donation payments are processed through secure third-party service providers. Elevated Parish Missions does not store full credit or debit card numbers.

How We Use Information

We use personal information in ways that are consistent with our ministry purpose, including to:

  • Process donations and registrations
  • Provide confirmations, receipts, and event communications
  • Coordinate and improve ministry programs
  • Communicate about mission and parish-related opportunities
  • Maintain records required for non-profit accountability and reporting

Pastoral Sharing with Parishes

As a ministry that serves parishes and their pastoral leadership, Elevated Parish Missions may share limited participant or registrant information with the hosting parish, its pastor, and authorized parish leaders.

This sharing is done solely for pastoral purposes, such as:

  • Welcoming and thanking participants
  • Following-up on mission or event experiences
  • Inviting feedback and continued participation
  • Supporting ongoing pastoral accompaniment and spiritual formation

This sharing reflects the pastoral mission of the Church and is not commercial in nature.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information
  • We do not share information for commercial marketing purposes
  • We do not use personal information in ways unrelated to ministry or pastoral care

Information is shared only as reasonably necessary to support our mission and parish collaboration, or as required by law.

Communications Preferences

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by:

  • Using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or
  • Contacting us directly at the email address below

Transactional messages related to donations or event participation may still be sent as required.

Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Access to information is limited to those who need it for legitimate ministry or operational purposes.
